After studying A-level music and drama at The Arts Educational School in Tring, Michaela moved to London to pursue a career as a singer songwriter. After releasing a single and performing solo, she toured the live and recording circuit working with named composers and producers as a session singer.

Michaela is a member of the band TheGhostOrchestra and performs with the Mike White Presents dance music collective. She also sings regularly on soundtracks for film, TV and computer games - credits include the upcoming fantasy musical film The Nutcracker: The Untold Story with lyrics by Tim Rice , starring John Turturro, Nathan Lane and Elle Fanning, the award-winning feature film Slipstream starring Sean Astin & Vinnie Jones, Teknolust starring Tilda Swinton, the Just Cause computer game title for Eidos and Coca-Cola's 'The Future' advertising campaign. Michaela is an experienced vocal coach and singing teacher, teaching privately and at Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom, Surrey.
